2 tablespoons of milk thistle herb or ground seed

6 tablespoons of ground kelp

3 tablespoons of yarrow

2 tablespoons of thyme

1/2 cup of sea salt add (directly to water)

2 tablespoons oats, unprocessed (directly to water)

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (directly to water) alternate every other bath with distilled witch hazel

3 tablespoons distilled witch hazel (directly to water) alternate every other bath with cider vinegar

Take a total of 12 of these baths, one every 5 to 7 days, for 25 minutes per bath.

For herbal baths put herbs only into a large pitcher (not salt or oats) cover with warm tap water and brew for 10-20 minutes, pour through strainer into tub and add salt, vinegar and witch hazel. You may also put the ingredients into a pantyhose or cheese cloth and let it brew in a pitcher of warm water before putting it into the tub. Kelp tends to have a sea aroma, so add a few drops of 100% natural essential oils.  Use only 100% natural essences.  Keep your heart above the water line at all times.  Use a folded soaked hand towel to lean against with your upper spine.  Put another soaked hand towel around your neck.  Resoak these occasionally.  Stay in the bath for 25 minutes and then rinse your body rubbing your spine area.  Toxins will come to the surface during your bath.   Drink plenty of water and rest as required.
